Investment creates a platform to expand the delivery of high-quality, modular affordable housing across the United States

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Reds10 Group, a collection of UK-based vertically integrated construction, manufacturing and specialist services businesses, has today announced its expansion into the United States through a strategic investment in MMY US, acquiring a majority stake in the vertically integrated modular housing specialist.

Established over 20 years ago, Reds10 Group has pioneered new approaches to industrialised construction for defence, education, justice, healthcare, and housing to deliver better buildings faster, smarter and more sustainably.

The investment brings together two businesses with a shared vision to industrialise construction and deliver high-quality, sustainable and affordable homes for the people and communities that need them most. Reds10 Group's capital platform, support, expertise, technology and capacity will enable MMY to execute its secured pipeline while expanding its operations across the US in the years to come.

MMY is a vertically integrated design, manufacturing and construction company that builds permanent, code-compliant modular homes, completing approximately 85% of construction off site. Homes can be delivered in as little as eight weeks, roughly five times faster than traditional construction.

Its customizable designs range from single-family homes to four-story, 72-home developments. MMY's single-family homes have earned LEED Platinum certification, while the rest of its product line targets LEED Gold or higher.

MMY currently operates from a manufacturing facility in Louisville, Kentucky, and is preparing to redevelop the 185,000-square-foot historic Wellman-Seaver-Morgan Engineering Company Building at 7000 Central Avenue within Cleveland, Ohio's Midline District, into a state-of-the-art construction modular housing manufacturing facility. Earlier this year, MMY was selected by the City of Cleveland and the Site Readiness for Good Jobs Fund as the city's preferred modular housing manufacturer.

The deal takes Reds10 Group to 14 companies and increases its workforce to over 1,000 people. The Group will now operate manufacturing facilities across the UK and US totalling approximately 640,000 square feet.
